WA Classic brings WhatsApp back to jailbroken iPhones with iOS 4, 5 and 6, in the look of WhatsApp 2.10. This guide walks you through the whole setup and explains how to use the app: first a small program on a computer at home, the bridge, then the app on your iPhone.

WA Classic is an unofficial client. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to WhatsApp or Meta.
Using it may break WhatsApp's terms of service, and your account could be banned. If you can't risk that, don't link your main account.
WARNING
Your messages are stored unencrypted on the computer that runs the bridge. Only run the bridge on a computer you trust, in your own home.
The setup takes a few minutes on your computer and a few taps on your iPhone. It has three parts:
- Install the bridge on a Mac, Windows PC, Raspberry Pi or NAS.
- Install WA Classic on the iPhone with Cydia.
- Link WhatsApp by scanning a QR code with your phone.
